Customer service was impeccable!

A true "ONE STOP SHOP", I called Brandon out to look at my backyard for a new fence I needed before memorial day...he was honest about his schedule and availability unlike others that tell you "we can meet your deadline" and then don't. Brandon made one phone call to an associate whom I had actually received an estimate from previously, sub-contracted the job to them and got it done for cheaper than what I could have directly with that same company! I dealt with him directly...customer service was impeccable! MY CONTRACTOR 4 LIFE!!!!

High quality workmanship

I have had different contractors work on my home over the years but none have provided the quality of workmanship and level of customer service as Brandon Sewell of Qualis Construction. My husband and I have had several major jobs done at our home with no complaints. We will be contracting exclusively with this company from now on.

The finished product - OUTSTANDING!

I was referred to Qualis Construction when I was looking to paint the kitchen, family room, dining room, living room, and foyer of my new house. The price was right and the finished product- OUTSTANDING! That job alone made my house a home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Brandon and the team were friendly, very neat, and finished ahead of schedule. I will trust no one else to do any other home improvement projects. My only calls will be to Qualis Construction!

I was referred to Qualis a few weeks ago for a small bamboo floor job. Brandon came over and took detailed measurements and was very up front about timelines. I got a quote the next day and had the floors installed the following day. He and his team were very professional, punctual, and cost effective. I can recommend him without hesitation.

I've done with with Qualis on a variety of projects - from small, handyman work to renovation project on a rental home. Their work is timely and of high quality and competitively priced. What sets them apart in my eyes are they mean what they say - no job is too small - they provide optionality and flexibility when it comes to projects, and they are on time. The only contractors I allow to work in my home...

Brandon and his team at Qualis Construction are the only contractors I allow to work in my home. Thus far, Brandon has renovated my two full bathrooms upstairs, as well as my basement and powder room. He's also tackled several smaller repair jobs. Brandon's customer service is excellent, he provides detailed estimates and works with you to realize your vision within your budget. He's also honest enough to tell you the pros and cons of different approaches rather than taking your money and leaving you to live with a shoddy end result.His team is professional and their work is impeccable, my projects are always completed on time and on budget. Brandon's network of subcontractors is far-reaching, so I've never had a job he couldn't handle. Most recently, he was able to send over a plumber to unclog a pipe that was flooding my basement during a holiday weekend on the same day I called. After hearing horror stories from friends and neighbors, I know that Qualis is the real deal.

Basement finished in two weeks...

I was recommended to Brandon by by daughter, I had basement damage and I call Brandon and he came over took a look at it. He gave me his price and my basement was finished in two weeks. They were on time and quiet and clean up and left everything neat. If you need a good contractor ask for Brandon. I would use him again.

Numerous jobs on my rental property...

Mr. Sewell is the best contractor ever. He has done numerous jobs on my rental property. He produces high quality jobs. His contracting services are amazing. The team is polite friendly and skilled. I appreciate Mr. Sewell and our three years of doing business together. I wouldn't hire any other contractor, he is my one and only.
